Spontenatity

Friday after work; Adam and I drove to Mammy's to drop off a TV, mirror, and other stuff that we are not taking with us, and then we went to Landers toyota...we did the scratch and win and won a $5 gift card to wal mart, went to wal mart bought my paper products so I could pack the rest of the dishes...We are living out of boxes.

Adam has taught me how to be spontaneous, a trait I could never imagine for my "planned life". I was most attracted to his zest for life, he is very adventurous (I thought he was good looking too). :) We decided on a whim to hit up the traveler's game, came home and changed and off we went- spent under $60 (used the boys Easter $) and had a great time. Which shall I mention we had to stand in a long line, as I usually schedule everything and pre-purchase tickets. I wasn't even anxious about being in the large crowd.

We met one of Adam's clients, very nice man. Wanted to say this about my husband, he is awesome. I love that he has made name for himself without sitting on the coat-tails of family. He is a strong man and always is kind and helpful to others. Seeing his clients reminds me of this time and time again.

Saturday morning we awoke to beautiful birds, kids behaving...and a sight of boxes now working their way into my living room...stacked about 5 feet tall. We went to the donut store this morning...and everyone had ordered and it was my turn. I said, "I'd like 6 glaze". Lonnie looked at me with big eyes and said, "if you only would've seen Adam's face" apparently he had raised his eyebrows so high and had a stunned look on his face. I really wanted 6 donut holes, but saw glazed donuts and said glazed...my bad...

we then headed out to Horticare on Rebsamen in LR. It was their open house (owned by Chris Olson) I was able to get Two - 3 gallon Gardenia's. So Excited...They were $10 each and I also picked up a step-mothers Christmas gift. They rang us up and said $15.87, I looked at Adam, looked at the man, and said, "Sorry sir, but these are $10 each" (he rang me up for $5 each...they are usually around $35ea). So he corrected my price, yet another lesson for my boys on accountability.

We then headed out to J'ville to go get David's floor mats, and then to Target to get bottled water and cereal...then home...Rest for a few minutes, and back out the door to Burns Park for Jacob's soccer game...WIN 2-1...He was Captain as the youngest player on the team. To be a starter, playing up is just awesome. I am very proud of him. He's growing into a young man. It's exciting and frighting at the same time.

Off to David's drop off the floor mat, home to eat a snack...by now my eyes are killing me, pollen has been blowing and sneaking in past my specs...I need to go buy some visine.

Off to DoDo's to drop off a rug and ChooChoo's Pressure Washer...To Granny's drop off balls and Jacob's letter...check on Papaw's back. Off to Mammy's Eat dinner, off to bed...

Early Start tomorrow 7:15 am, soccer fields...the best place to be in the morning.

What I love about your husband is that he finds new and exciting ways to give me all his chips during poker. He is so original and spontaneous with all his giving.
